IDML.ai provides AI-powered translation services for Adobe InDesign IDML files. The service translates text content while preserving the document layout and formatting.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: €0.002 per word, minimum €3 per document
  • Free preview: First 3 pages translated before purchase
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • All prices include applicable VAT

4. User Responsibilities

By using IDML.ai, you agree that:

  • You have the right to translate the uploaded content
  • You will not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
  • You will not attempt to abuse, overload, or compromise the service
  • You are responsible for reviewing the translation output

5. Translation Quality

IDML.ai uses AI-powered translation technology. While we strive for high quality:

  • Translations are provided "as is"
  • We recommend professional review for critical documents
  • Results may vary depending on content complexity and language pair

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service:

  • Free preview allows you to assess quality before purchase
  • If the translated file is corrupted or unusable, contact us for a refund
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your uploaded content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadtime Labs GmbH shall not be liable for:

  • Translation errors or inaccuracies
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific translation service.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. The courts of Regensburg, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
