When you upload an IDML file for translation, we temporarily process the file content to perform the translation. Files are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after processing is complete.

3.2 Account Data

If you make a purchase, we collect:

  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Transaction history

3.3 Technical Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address (anonymized)

  • Usage data (pages visited, features used)
